Polyclonal anti-GPR56 Antibody Recognizes GPR56 on Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded Human Tissue Sections

A novel polyclonal anti-GPR56 antibody.

Advantage

GPR56 is a potential diagnostic/prognostic marker for multiple human diseases. Its expression pattern and level are regularly determined on archived human specimens. However formalin fixation and paraffin embedding often destroy antigens on tissues, preventing most antibodies from recognizing the corresponding antigens on tissue sections. We have developed this new antibody against GPR56 and showed effective staining on paraffin-embedded sections. This novel antibody will greatly facilitate the clinical research around GPR56 and its application in the diagnosis/prognosis of human diseases.
